Enlightened living

Home. All around the world, it's the place we love to be. The place where families grow, where promises are made and kept, and where the story of our lives is written. There's no more important place on earth.

Enlightened living

ASPAC understands the importance of home and strives to make the impossible possible – the perfect home for every personality.

Enlightened living

We promise a home that speaks to the soul, as well as the body. A place to express who you are and what you believe in. A space for you to dream and be inspired.

Enlightened living

We promise a home that is meaningful in every way, beautifully balanced across three dimensions: the material, the spiritual, and the emotional. ASPAC promises even more — Enlightened Living: the 4th dimension of home.

Our Story

At ASPAC, We Speak the International Language of Home.

The very best kitchens from Italy. The very best appliances from Germany. Inspirational interiors from New York, Paris and London. Architectural design from North American and Asian cities. Rare woods, marble, glass, and precious metals from every corner of the globe. ASPAC curates the best that the world has to offer – and brings it home.

Our Heritage

Vancouver's Most Visionary Developer for Over 25 years.

Founded in 1993 by one of Hong Kong's most progressive developers, ASPAC made Vancouver its home and took on the ambitious task of re-imagining the city's waterfronts. The company's transformation of Coal Harbour from industrial lands into a sophisticated oceanside neighbourhood and the creation of River Green along Richmond's waterfront helped elevate Vancouver into a world-class symbol of 21st-century living.
