ASPAC is bringing globally recognized style to West Georgia and Alberni Streets with Alberni at Cardero — an ocean-inspired design by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects (PCPA).
Close to ASPAC’s transformational Coal Harbour heritage, Robson’s boutique chic, and Stanley Park, famed architects PCPA will create two 38-storey towers that celebrate sky and sea, wind and waves. Oriented towards downtown Vancouver’s most desirable waterfront, Alberni at Cardero will reflect the vibrancy of the Georgia Corridor, with leading-edge architecture and sustainability woven into the fabric of the building.
