Aspac Promises More.

Home. All around the world, it's the place we love to be. The place where families, where promises are made and kept, where the story of our lives is written. There's no more important place on earth.

Aspac Promises More.

ASPAC understands this and strives to make the impossible possible - the perfect home for every personality.

Our Heritage.

Vancouver's most visionary developer for over 25 years

Founded in 1993, by one of Hong Kong's most visionary developers ASPAC made Vancoucer its home and took on the ambitious task of re-imagining the city's waterfronts. The company's transformation of Coal Harbour from industrial lands into a sophisticated Oceanside neighbourhood and the creation of River Green along Richmond's waterfront helped elevate Vancouver into a world-class symbol of 21st-century living.
