Our Heritage.

Vancouver's most visionary developer for over 25 years

Founded in 1993, by one of Hong Kong's most visionary developers ASPAC made Vancoucer its home and took on the ambitious task of re-imagining the city's waterfronts. The company's transformation of Coal Harbour from industrial lands into a sophisticated Oceanside neighbourhood and the creation of River Green along Richmond's waterfront helped elevate Vancouver into a world-class symbol of 21st-century living.
