On June 11, 2011, at the exclusive Beijing Hong Kong Jockey Club Clubhouse in the heart of the bustling Beijing City, 120 elite guests were welcomed to the gala dinner hosted by Aspac Developments.

The guests, many of whom are globe-trotters, were pleasantly surprised at the experience that the evening has to offer. The themed dinner started off with a reception when guests had a taste of red, white and ice wines hand-picked from the fine vineyards across British Columbia and Canada.

Fashion models from different continents showcased the dresses designed by renowned Vancouver-based fashion designer Ms. Eva Chen. Guests networked while enjoying the wines and taking photos with the models as they circled the elegantly-decorated venue. As the evening unfolded, the models performed a mini catwalk to mark the start of the dinner. Ms. Chen also shared the success story of her design career.

Mr. Raymond Li of Aspac Developments graced the event with a keynote speech depicting the company’s history, its vision, its accomplishment and its strong background. While the guests were enjoying the sumptuous five-course meal, a model and an artist impression of Three Harbour Green were unveiled.

Invited to the podium was Ms. Lily Korstanje of Magnum Projects who vividly described the luxury that Three Harbour Green, the last phase of Aspac’s Coal Harbour accomplishment, has to offer. The spectacular building is currently under construction and will be ready for occupancy by next Spring.

To blend in with the four garden courtyard concept of the Clubhouse as well as the distinct four seasons of Vancouver, a fashion show highlighting the enjoyable, active lifestyle of “yachting, skiing, shopping, golfing and night life” was performed. Mr. Li invited the guests to visit Vancouver, one of the most livable cities in the world, to find out for themselves the wonderful weather and clean environment in this world-class city.
